Diversity equity and inclusion workshops for educational communities
- We are LOTUS, a 501(c)3, and have partnered with Organic Oneness and I.M.A.G.I.N. to create an industry-specific interactive leadership workshop which presents a step-by-step approach for introducing and managing DEI activities.
- Empathy is developed with education and experience. Our unique presentation considers various cultures (race and otherwise), and introduces historic notions and policies that manifests behaviors many often observe and judges without having conducted much meaningful research. We have done the research and our presentation is designed to provide the observer with peer-reviewed claims and data that support diversity and inclusion. Wea are intentional about not attacking any one-group while creating an atmosphere that allows for reflection and growth.

- In Oneness, LOTUS and I.M.A.G.I.N. workshops, best practices and tips are also shared that leaders can use to attrach and maintain a diverse pool of applicants and employees. Moreover, participants will walk away with a blueprint for managing diversity in their organizations or respective workgroups and divisions.
